Bas Wijne is Director of IS-IT of OSN, the largest pay-TV provider in the MENA region based in Dubai. Over the past 20 years Bas has worked for many media companies across the globe. Over the years he has gathered a broad range of experience by managing departments such as Customer Service, Administration, Billing & Collections and IS-IT. He has particular interest in Software / Business Intelligence design, process optimisation and the shaping of efficient and customer-centric organisations.
