However, though there is a lot of talk on clouds, there is yet no comprehensive structure to it. How can one go about capitalising on clouds? How can enterprises choose between private and hybrid clouds? What are the regional provisions available for clouds? Are standards applied here equivalent to developed nations or are we lagging behind? Does public infrastructure exist to adequately support enterprise cloud ambitions? And, importantly, are partners being trained sufficiently to provide and support cloud services?
Cloud Congress 2011 aims to answer all these questions and bring to fore the regional realities of the cloud in a three-day conference, bringing together 300 attendees. Appropriately, while the first two days will concentrate on the enterprise arena and how end-users can benefit from cloud services in the region, the third day will be entirely dedicated to vendors and partners to discuss the specifics of cloud provision in the Middle East.
Cloud Congress 2011 will set the stage for all future discussions and implementations on the cloud.
