Fayyaz heads the infrastructure and operations function in Emirates Group. He and his team are responsible for infrastructure technology strategy, solution design, infrastructure deployment, technical operations, data centre and IT service management of production services across the group. This includes Emirates, Dnata, Mercator and all other business units.

Fayyaz has been with the Emirates Group IT since 1991 and has been in a variety roles in the organisation. He has  managed IT for key divisions of Emirates Airline, managed global implementation of Mercator’s revenue accounting solution, managed major software development projects and developed business critical software for the Group.

Fayyaz holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Karachi and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Bradford.
