The ICT Spending Trends Survey 2011, a CPI initiative, is meant to identify and highlight some of the technologies that enterprises across the region are looking to invest in during the 12 months of the year. As budgets across the region begin to swing upwards following the recession of the last couple of years, IT managers and senior decision makers are starting new projects and breathing new life into old ones. Along with this comes renewed investment in ICT across the region. The ICT Spending Trends Survey 2011 attempts to track these investments and also to understand how well the industry is responding to enterprise needs in the Middle East.
